Free browser demo
Animate an Image AI Free Online
A free test is cheaper than a forgotten subscription.
Subscriptions are easy to start and easy to forget. Before you pay for an animation tool, use a free browser demo to test your own image, your own motion idea and your own quality bar. This page shows what to compare.
No account
The demo opens without sign-up.
No credits
A free run does not touch a credit balance.
Download
Keep the clip when the queue finishes.

Try it with your own photo
Upload one image, keep the first motion small, and review the whole clip before downloading.
Leave this blank if you want the default safe motion prompt.
161/400No Videos Yet
Upload an image and run the flow. When the tested public Space finishes, your animated video will appear here.
How the free demo works
Upload one still image, optionally describe the motion, and start the job. The demo sends the file to temporary public storage and runs a tested public image-to-video model. The result appears in the same panel; download it when the queue finishes.
- 1Choose one clear photo: PNG, JPG, WEBP or GIF, up to 10 MB.
- 2Describe one small movement, or leave the prompt empty for the default gentle motion.
- 3Wait for the result, play the whole clip, then download the video.
Test the input, not just the model
A model demo usually uses a carefully chosen portrait. Your photo may be a phone snapshot with mixed light and a cropped shoulder. The useful test is whether your input survives, not whether the vendor’s sample looks good.
Run the same photo through the free demo and, if you have access, a paid model. Compare the face, hands, background and motion. Keep the comparison fair by using the same prompt and the same starting frame.
- Use one photo and one prompt across tools.
- Compare paused frames, not only autoplay.
- Write down which tool changed the identity first.
A checklist before any subscription
Check the cancellation path, the credit expiry, the private-upload policy and the export options. A tool that produces a beautiful clip but cannot export the format you need is not a solution for your workflow.
Also check what happens when a generation fails. Does the credit return? Is there a support path? Can you download the result without a watermark? These details matter more than a flashy gallery.
- Confirm the cancellation and refund terms.
- Check whether credits expire.
- Test the export format before paying for a year.
Motion recipes you can paste
Start with one movement. Change one instruction at a time so you can tell what improved the result.
Your own portrait
A natural blink and a very small head turn. Keep the camera fixed, preserve the face and lighting, and do not add people, text or background objects.
A pet photo
The pet blinks and its ears move slightly. Keep the fur pattern and eye color consistent. Fixed camera, natural light, no new animals.
An old photo
Add gentle breathing and a soft smile. Keep the original grain, tone and composition. Do not colorize or invent facial details.
A landscape
Clouds drift and water ripples with a very slow camera push-in. Keep the horizon level and the buildings still. No new people or vehicles.
Before you upload
The free demo is a public route. Your image goes to temporary public storage before it reaches the upstream model, so treat the upload as public. The signed-in generators are a separate route and require an account.
- Use only photos you have the right to share.
- Do not upload private family photos, IDs, or images of people who have not agreed.
- Keep the original file; the demo does not promise permanent storage.
What this page does not promise
Free access is best effort. Public GPU queues can be busy, paused, or out of quota, and a queue error is not a generated video.
- No guaranteed resolution, frame rate, or duration.
- No guarantee that a face, pet, or costume stays identical in every frame.
- No lip sync, accurate lettering, or editable project file.
- No refund of time spent waiting in a public queue.
Questions people ask before trying
Do I have to subscribe to test the tool?
No. The demo on this page is free and does not require an account. Subscriptions and credit packs are separate.
Can I cancel a subscription later?
Paid plans can be cancelled from billing settings. Check the current terms on the pricing page before purchasing.
Is the free demo the same model as the paid tool?
No. The free demo uses a public image-to-video model in a shared queue. The paid tool exposes different models and controls.
How do I compare two tools fairly?
Use the same photo, the same prompt and the same output size. Compare paused frames and the first sign of identity drift.
Try one photo before you pay for anything
The demo costs no credits and needs no account. When you need model choice, a vertical frame, or an HD export, continue to the signed-in tools.
Credit packs are one-time purchases. Monthly plans are optional and can be cancelled from billing settings.
